Privacy Policy

Your data stays yours.

Effective August 7, 2026

Latts doesn't collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data to us. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no trackers. What you log stays on your device and, if you turn on iCloud, syncs directly between your own devices through your own iCloud account — we never see it.

What we collect

Nothing. Latts has no servers of its own. We don't ask for an account, an email address, or any sign-in, and we have no way to identify you or see what you've logged.

Where your data lives

Every charge, car, and charging location you add is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage (SwiftData). If you have iCloud enabled, that same data syncs between your iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your personal iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit. That sync happens directly between your devices and Apple — it never passes through us, and we have no access to it. It's governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

Location search

When you search for a charging spot's address, Latts uses Apple's MapKit to look it up. That search is handled by Apple, subject to Apple's own privacy practices, and isn't logged or stored by us.

Siri and Shortcuts

Voice commands like "Log a charge in Latts" are handled by Apple's Siri and App Intents frameworks, on-device or through Apple's own services. We don't receive or store anything from these interactions.

Analytics and advertising

None. Latts includes no analytics SDKs, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Children's privacy

Latts is not directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone — because it doesn't collect information from anyone, full stop.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future feature introduces optional data sharing — we'll update this page and adjust the effective date above.
